Summary adds up your Business miles for any month or year and shows where they came from. Export that period or any date range as a CSV of Business drives or every drive, then save it to Files or share it from your iPhone.
Each row keeps the locations, miles, classification, notes and distance source. If you change the miles, the original distance stays in the file.

Edit or delete drives, pause tracking and export your mileage. Saved drives and direct entry work offline.
Maps use a connection
Address search, route estimates and map previews use Apple’s map services, which receive the search and route details.
Keep a copy that matters
Losing your iPhone or deleting the app can lose local data. Export the logs you need. A CSV is a record, not a full app backup.

Can I download Captric yet?
Join the waitlist for Captric beta updates. Signing up does not grant TestFlight access; invitations will be offered separately when available. Join the waitlist.
Does Captric classify drives for me?
No. Every drive stays Unclassified until you choose. Optional suggestions read only a drive’s purpose note on your iPhone, and you confirm each change.
What works without a connection?
Recording, editing saved drives, and typing locations and miles work offline. Map search and route estimates need a connection. If a lookup fails, keep the draft and type the miles yourself.
Can I correct a drive?
Yes. Change the date, locations, miles, classification or notes, or delete the drive. Changing the miles keeps the original distance and its source. Totals and exports use the edited miles.
How are recorded and estimated miles different?
GPS-recorded miles come from a recorded drive. Map-estimated miles come from a driving route you confirm. Manually entered miles are a number you type. Every drive names its source.
Will Captric support teams or sync?
